POSTAGE & DELIVERY.
We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, however if it is possible to use a cheaper option (such as a courier service) we will.
For International deliveries please contact us for a quote.

PAYMENT OPTIONS.
When placing your order please let us know of the way you wish to make your payment. Your options are

* CHEQUE
* MONEY ORDER
* CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE

FREE GIFT WRAPPING.
We at INDIGO INSPIRATIONS understand the beauty in GIVING. So we would like to make it as easy as possible to send someone special a little gift. All you need to do is email or fax us the NAME & ADDRESS of the receiver & we will hand write the gift card for you on beautiful water colour paper & send it off. It’s that easy!

PACKAGING.
While presentation is always important to us, it is also important that we reuse boxes & other packaging materials rather than throw them away whenever possible. We hope you understand.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS.
We always make every effort to have all out craft items & our hand crafted items in stock but sometimes this is not possible. If there is going to be a delay in your order being despatched we will always contact you immediately.

EXCHANGES.
At INDIGO INSPIRATIONS we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction & we want you to be very happy with your purchases. If for whatever reason the purchased item is not suitable you can return it within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be in their original condition ie unopened & unused & we will happily replace it or credit you with an equivalent amount towards your next purchases. Please note that the return delivery costs are at the customers expense.
