Living Landscapes
A co-operative permaculture game, an educational tool for sustainable living & garden design.
With this card game, we learn how every part of a landscape is connected with its surroundings.
This card game is a creative way to learn sustainable landscape design.
Sometimes this is not obvious at first sight: for example, leaves provide mulch matter instead of being considered as an annoying waste, some insects can be useful as predators on pests, they could provide pollination, or may be food for domestic animals such as pigs and poultry… This game is co-operative. All players contribute to a common design. Each player adds his own ideas, through the cards he has and through the discussions the game tends to encourage.
The card game consists of 52 cards each with a reproduction of original water colour painting and 2 blank cards for your own input: you can add your own landscape image. The cards also have the common signs and numbers to play many of your favorite card games
